You can comfortably prepare tandoori chicken, tandoori lamb, tandoori kebabs (tikka), and chicken tikka. Indian Chicken Recipes are very delicious and popular among all non-veggie people. The recipe of chiken tikka is very easy and quickly made. Indian Food is simply outstanding and can be made at home because of their easiness. Here is the recipe of Chicken tikka:

Ingredients:

Two Chicken breasts

One small pot Greek yogurt

One tablespoon, ground cumin

One tablespoon, coriander

½ tablespoon, ground turmeric

½ tablespoon, ginger powder

½ tablespoon, chilli powder for taste

One little clove garlic

One tablespoon, lemon juice

Salt for taste

Method:

Cut the breasts of the Chicken in to one inch cubes, keep them aside. Mix spice powders as well as crushed garlic in to the yogurt. You can also use yogurt, which has low fat. You can take fresh ginger else ginger paste instead of ginger powder. Mix them with lemon juice and salt. Do not leave chicken to soak for not more than twenty minutes because it will turn out to be very dry afterwards when cooked. 

Cook the chicken beneath a grill and use medium heat to cook the chicken and until it gets slightly brown though. You can serve it with Indian Rice, which is very good in taste. Now you can make out yourself that the Indian recipes are very quickly prepared and served hot. You can serve Chiken tikka with salad, naan, lemon wedges, and pitta for light meal.
